No elevator so if you have a heavy bag you will have to carry it.

It was the best experience to stay there, I am in love with the hotel and its magical view, i am gonna come back next year and will choose this hotel again, however this hotel is bit far from city centre zurich hut transportation is very convenient and easy to reachable. There is no elevator/esclator to carry your luggage to top floors but the hotel staff is really helpful carrying your luggage.

This was a return after a 30 year gap and whilst the hotel’s location is as beautiful as ever, and the lake view from the windows in our room was absolutely wonderful! Sadly though there is no residents bar facilities at the hotel for residents. Returning at 23:00 on Saturday night to find access to reception & the bar locked out and on knocking the waiter attended to say it was all closed now even though we were residents. So sad that we could not even get a drink to take up to our room especially as we had used up the coffee supplied in the room that day!

Fabulous!!! We couldn’t have wished for a better stay. The views from the room are beautiful and the breakfast terrace was serene.
We got the train into Zurich for a gig and the transport links were nearby and ran till late.
I would absolutely stay here again!
