Hotel is located near to tram station, very convenient to travel to city n airport. The air conditioning in the room is not working properly thus making our stay not comfortable. Room is warm n stuffy despite our numerous efforts to adjust the AC. Even asked the cleaner to help but failed Our room was not cleaned despite the fact that we left the tag on the door knob to clean just before we went out to city in the morning. The room was not cleaned when we returned in the evening. Rang up reception to contact housekeeping to just replace towels n replenish toilet n tissue papers.

Their hotel van did not arrive. We waited 45’miinutes and finally asked another company to give us a ride. The person at the hotel was completely dismissive, blamed it on their outside party, and even had the audacity to accuse me lying or standing at the wrong place. He persisted that this was not their problem because it’s a third party even though they advertise airport pickups as a benefit of their hotel. Then he offered me a free drink as compensation, even though he then said drinks in the minibar are free. What a joke.

I thought it said free parking for Expedia silver member but they charged me 28ch. I didn’t complain. Just paid as I parked. Hotel was great otherwise. Close to airport. Beware of blackout shutters outside of hotel. We left curtains open to ensure we’d wake up after long flight from us. Didn’t notice shutters on outside since we got in late. Overslept until 11 am. Nice sleep but we missed our plans.
