Staff was very friendly especially Victoria who checked us in and gave us a map and showed us where things were. Breakfast and dinner at hotel was good. Felt safe and was clean

Liked bathroom, but it lacked in lighting.
The room had no luggage racks or space.

Great property, in a great area and fairly close to Old Town and other areas. Definitely recommend this hotel if you have a rental car or using public transport.

The Crown Plaza in Zurich is decent…The staff is nice and welcoming. The common areas are clean/modern and plentiful. The beds are comfortable.
My problems…The rooms are old, completely outdated. Stains on the carpets, aging bathroom fixtures, TVs that don’t work or intermittently (why can’t housekeeping check these daily?).
And the biggest problem and something that is advertised on every website booking this hotel, THE POOL IS NOT PERMITTED TO KIDS UNDER 16! This is absolutely something that needs to be mentioned at the top of the hotel description. I even mentioned how excited my 5 y/o was to play in the pool and no one told me that he wouldn’t be allowed.
