The desk is very helpful. The room is small but very clean and has high ceiling and hardwood floors and white walls so feels spacious. The shower has excellent water pressure. Two things here…the bottom of the shower is about a foot above the floor, be careful, and also it took a while to figure out how to turn the shower on. The location is very close to the train station yet away enough from all the busy cafes so less traffic, but still close. The whole city is walkable. Windows are almost soundproof from the late night partiers.
