We arranged a taxi through the hotel from Zug to Zurich. They told us it would cost 150-180. We ended up paying 255. We needed some laundry done so we gave some things to them on Friday afternoon - they forgot to give it back and tell us there is no laundry on weekends. We could have arranged different laundry service if we had known. We would have also arranged 2 ubers for the price of 160 instead of paying 255. The staff is uninformed and not entirely friendly. There is no room service either. I would stay in a different hotel next time. The bathrooms look like hospital bathrooms. Unwelcoming place.

Dear Karolina, thank you very much for taking the time to rate our house. The Parkhotel Zug has an agreement with a local taxi company for transfers to Zurich. The costs are between 150 and 180 CHF, depending on the traffic. Unfortunately, you did not order the taxi through us - so you were charged a normal taximeter price. Our laundry service is also active on weekends. We are not aware that laundry has not been delivered; and our room service is available daily for our guests on site from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.The Parkhotel Zug strives to offer our guests the best service and accommodation in its category. Despite everything, we hope that you were able to enjoy the free room upgrade to a junior suite with balcony, as well as the free early & late check-out.We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay and hope that on a future visit you will give us another chance to show you our hospitality. I had VERY bad experience with food poising from their restaurant...NOT good...

Breakfast selection was pretty decent albeit it was the same everyday for the whole week. Room was spacious and clean.
