"The staff was welcoming and accommodating. There are multiple different food options. The beach walkout was great. You can literally sit on the beach all day and staff will wait on you. Vendors are on the beach as well. "

"Room had tiny little space to move for 3 people. Door did not lock properly. It would open automatically. Informed several times but I found to days door was open all the way for whole day after the room was serviced and o had all my personal uses stuffs and luggage open for everyone in the floor passing by my room!! "First impressions were excellent. The room looked amazing, and we had a beautiful ocean view overlooking Copacabana Beach. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the room that really put a downer on the stay. Most of the USB points in the room did not work, especially the ones near the bed, which was quite inconvenient. The biggest issue, however, was an unpleasant smell in the room. This smell was not present in other areas of the hotel, only in the room itself. It was so bad that I had to move from the first room to a second one. It is such a shame, as I would love to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Rio, but the smell was very off putting. On a positive note, the location is excellent. I really loved where the hotel is situated. The breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options, and the staff went above and beyond. My son especially enjoyed the pancakes, and they made sure he had them, which was a lovely touch. The staff in general were outstanding. They interacted so well with my young son, and he still talks about them. They were friendly, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. I also really appreciated that they extended my room time due to a very late return trip. The rooftop area is another highlight and well worth visiting. Overall, while there were some disappointing room aspects, but the staff and location were exceptional."

"The front desk staff was very helpful. It’s in the perfect location in Rio. It’s at the Apex of Ipanema Beach and Copacabana Beach. The rooms were a bit small, but had everything that I needed. I would also recommend a room with a view. The courtyard view is facing another apartment. "

"Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and breakfast was good. The location was pretty close to the beach and restaurants. Some negatives for this hotel were: no hot water in the shower, several buttons on the elevators didn’t work (including for the floor that we stayed on), and the lights in the stairwell didn’t work."
