"I want to sincerely thank Copacabana for their understanding and support. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to board my flight because I didn’t have the required visa to enter Brazil — a last-minute issue that completely changed my plans.
Despite this, they accepted my refund request without any hassle, and I truly appreciate the fairness and professionalism shown. It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days.
Although I couldn’t make it this time, I’m definitely looking forward to booking my stay with them on my next trip to Brazil. Kudos to the team for being so considerate — you’ve earned my loyalty!"

"On Av. Atlantica, the beach street in Copacabana. Could not have been a better location for beach access. Staff was amazing, restaurant was excellent, property was very nice. Only complaint is that the streets behind the hotel are OK but no trendy places, have to go elsewhere to enjoy nice shopping and restaurants. But, if you don't mind walking, it's walkable."
"It is an amazing Hotel. Beautiful view. Great Terrace at the front rooms. Pool is gorgeous but could close a bit later since it closes at 6 pm in a hot and beautiful town like Rio. Other than that staff is very friendly and the room was very clean. Top terrace is wonderful. Thank you!!"
