Having had a spacious room, waking up overlooking the beach of Copacabana was a wonderful treat. The breakfast was very nice, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful in every aspect. I would come again.

Lovely comfortable room with a spectacular view of Copacabana beach. Breakfast buffet was tasty with lots of variety for all tastes. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I felt well taken care of for my visit to Rio. Would definitely stay again!

Staff was great. Room was clean and adequate. Breakfast buffet was nice. Only issue is that it would be useful to add a second toaster. Long lines for toasting bread or a sandwich. TV has no English channels. We were shocked that only the check in staff spoke English, and minimal at best. Translator on the phone was very useful and necessary to communicate with the rest of the staff.

2 adults for 2 nights. Check-in/out process super straight forward and quick. Made use of baggage storage after check-out as our flight left later that day. Inside facing room on 5th floor. Might be a little dark for some people (windows are small). Room size small but had all amenities we needed (size might be an issue for some people). Breakfast was very good. Fresh and good variety. Location is top notch. Plenty of eating options around. Bar at rooftop could be a little more “cheerfull”.

Absolutely, the best value hotel room in Rio that you could ask for. The staff is fantastic, the location is perfect. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a room for 7 nights elsewhere, a couple of miles away, and I canceled my remaining 6 nights after one night and came immediately here. I was so glad I did. Breakfast is very good and the pool area on the rooftop is perfect.

Our stay was truly pleasant. The staff is absolutely amazing, kind, attentive, and incredibly quick to resolve any issue that comes up. The bellhop team, in particular, is the best, so friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just a short walk away. Nice hotel, brilliant location overlooking Copacabana. We had a sea view room which was well worth the extra cost. Only disappointment was the WiFi, in our room it was awful, kept dropping out, couldn't send messages etc. It seemed better in reception and on the roof. The pool on the roof is tiny so it's more for a dip rather than a swim. There's a bar on the roof too which has great views over the beach and Christ the redeemer. Breakfast is good, nice selection. Staff were friendly and helpful and some spoke very good English. There are only 2 lifts and sometimes you waited a while for one. Would recommend and would stay here again.
