"The property is in a great location, however it’s a little rundown and could do with some TLC. The communication is absolutely terrible. Before arriving we needed to contact the hostel, we messaged 2-3 times via hotels.com app + on their WhatsApp and no reply. I had contact hotels.com to contact them on my behalf and they still did not reply to any of my messages."
