Love love love this hotel. It was our second stay and it was wonderful. The staff is amazingly helpful and attentive. Thanks to Ramiro and concierge for the recommendations. The upgraded room and breakfast was a plus! Oh, and the pool is spectacular. Can’t wait to come again.

The staff is the best part of this hotel! Every single person we had contact with was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful with a stunning bar on the 38th floor. Perfect stay in CDMX

Hotel was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly, room was quite large, and I loved the amenities. The breakfast was lovely. The hotel truly feels like an oasis from the hustle and bustle from the city. I travel quite a bit and stay in a lot of hotels and this hotel is a great value at the price point. I do not think there are other hotels at this quality level at this price point in the area.
