The room was very clean. We had a dog and it was easy to keep it clean since the room was efficient. The staff is great. We ate with our dog outside on the patio for breakfast. A very nice place to stay.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful, from housekeeping to the front desk to the restaurant. We loved the courtyard by the restaurant to sit and have a drink and/or dinner. The food was just okay. The beds and pillows were great, although we didn’t sleep to speak of because of the noise from the other rooms and the hallway. At one point in the night someone tried to get into our room. They read the room number wrong on their card. Honest mistake, but scared us.

It says pet friendly, but beware last minute they will tell you its almost 1200 peso for your dog to say. The room was like a fun house. Floor un even and very worn. Maybe because it a pet room? The shuttle was great. Staff excellent. I felt welcome. If you book a 4 person room. Look out if you add a third person they charge for that too! Money here money there. Buffet was ok though. I paid for three only two ate no refund of course on the third person. I would stay again for the convenience. But dog can stay home. Asked for late check out. But of course there's a 960 peso fee for that. So no help there. A big no!!

We had a wonderful experience at Fiesta Inn Ciudad de Mexico Aeropuerto. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The greeting at check-in was flawless — the staff were welcoming, efficient, and very professional, which made the arrival process smooth after a long day of travel. The hotel itself is very comfortable and well maintained. The rooms were clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing before or after a flight. Being located so close to the airport makes it extremely convenient, yet the atmosphere inside the hotel feels calm and pleasant. We also had the opportunity to try the food at the hotel restaurant, which was excellent. The quality of the dishes was very good and the prices were fair, especially considering the convenience and service. The dining experience was enjoyable and the staff were attentive throughout the meal. Overall, this hotel offers great value with excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and very good food. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip through Mexico City. Highly recommended for anyone needing a convenient and comfortable airport hotel.

Somehow the airport pick up was perfectly timed. It was late. We got checked in quickly. I guess the only thing I would like is more water in the room. I greatly appreciate that we can refill our water bottles but at 1:30 we didn’t feel like running around.

Paid for a room with a view and a balcony. Received a room on the main floor behind the reception area. Main staff struggled to communicate with. The concierge did alot better. Suggested to dine at Wings. Breakfast for 2 - 2 orders of yogurt with fruit, 2 coffees and order of plain pancakes cost $46.00. Luckily met Alejandro and we toured for 7 hours for $134.00. Able to get milk cereal bread cheese ham fruit yogurt roasted chicken salads and chips and dip for $56.00 fed myself and mom for most of the week. Place very clean. Stay pleasant.
