Not the same Nizuc as it used the be. Service is very poor and staff are arrogant. Rooms in bad conditions with wear and tear. There are other resorts that are way better in the same luxury price range.

Properly was beautifully designed beach was nice oceanfront beach had large amounts of seaweed. Hotel food is rudely expensive, no carual dining options except room service, carges for extremely minor things like dry creamer for morning coffee and extra bottlewater. Nothing to do in the evening one samll band. Garden view room is jungle view spiders on the terrace very uncomfortable wooden chairs.food stained terrace floors.would not book again.

Great experience - room and views were spectacular. Pool, facilities and staff were all excellent as well. Everyone was very friendly and cordial. Our butler, Abraham, was second to none. Professional, courteous and accommodating. He made the stay even more special. So thankful for everyone who made our anniv. vacation a once in a lifetime experience that wont be forgotten.

Great facility and staff. Service was always top notch. Overall the food was good not great, but the rest of the experience made up for that.

Absolutely stunning resort! Food was top notch, staff were very friendly, service was consistent and prompt. The food was very expensive but you can see why as they have such a big staff to accommodate your every need. I highly recommend for a couples trip without kids.
