Staff was really great and really friendly. Had a great time at resort. Only thing that was inconvenient was the first come first serve restaurants. Wish they had reservation options instead of having to wait more than 1 hour for a table.

We had the swimming pool which was private and awesome. The buffet had plenty to choose from but they also had restaurants To just sit and enjoy your meal. I also enjoyed two rounds of golf and everybody was exceptionally nice and hospitable

Enjoyed every day of our stay at Iberostar. Excellent food with many options and very friendly staff.

The property is great the employees very friendly, the golf course fantastic and the food and drinks great too, but the new policy of “No Reservations Required” for the Steakhouse and the Italian restaurants is not good. I’ve been staying at Iberostar Cancun and Playa Paraíso for the last 6 years and we never had a problem booking a table and now with the first come first serve policy is almost impossible maybe you should do something about it.

Drinks were average, no access to chips and guac??? Restaurants were not big enough to accommodate number of people staying on the property

After a long day of flying we check in and they tell us our two kids weren’t on the reservation even though on my Expedia app said two adults and 2 kids. They didn’t seem that empathetic and said “it always happens with Expedia” and that I need to pay an extra $800-$1100. He asked me what i wanted to do like I had a choice. We traveled all day and I just wanted to lay down. I didn’t want this to ruin the beginning of our trip so we said we will fork it out and worry about it when we came home. Property was nice, a lot of pools, a big splash pad for kids and kid height pools. Every day had schedule of events for everyone. Ocean was a bit rough but kids loved finding seashells. Very family friendly and quiet. Food was disappointing and drinks were ok. My husband and I got food poisoning. The gift shop will rip you off. $18 for a bag of Funyuns, $5 for a chocolate egg, $10 for Pringles, $18 for cola gummies. My kids were so sad when I had to say no. Way over priced. Housekeeping was awesome, room service was fast. Room was well conditioned. No balcony though. We loved the bubble party in the pool. That was our favorite. My kids had the best time at their first all inclusive, but my husband and I have been at better ones. This was just ok for us.

It is important to say that we work with high standards and protocols regarding hygiene, health, sanitation and safety. In order to maintain these high standards we have daily inspections carried out by our Quality & Hygiene department as well as by an external company. Everything is continuously inspected, from our ingredients, temperatures, water, procedures, and every tool and equipment used for food handling. I moved from Crown Paradise after not having the best experience. As soon as I arrived at Iberostar everything changed. I greeted with smiles, check in a little early and was easy! From arrival to departure staff was great, room was spacious and clean stayed in a Villa. Food was good, drinks were good. I recommend.
