The drains in the bathrooms stink and the food in the cafeteria was horrible ! But overall the staff was amazing the property is beautiful I would definitely stay again !

This is a cost friendly property that didn’t make me feel like I had to stay on property to get my moneys worth. You could do both excursions and stay on property and not feel like you’re wasting money. The food was ok

Grounds and facilities were great. Israel the trainer and all staff were friendly and fun. Enjoyed tennis, yoga, Zumba, pool volleyball and the Michael Jackson show. Food was very good. Disappointed that we couldn’t get reservations at the restaurants. Talked to a fellow guest at the buffet who did get a reservation for dinner and was told on arrival sorry we’re closed, with no advanced warning. We were only there 2 days so the buffet and snack bar were enough.

The staff- definitely! So friendly and hard working. The waiters we encountered- Paku, Francisco, Cocum, Joshua and others ( forgot the names)served us always with a smile and made us feel truly VIP guest. Thank you Expedia and thank you GR Solaris!

On vacation for 6 nights had a great time just to relax the only thing I have to say the front desk agent should have explain that you had to down load the app in order to make reservation or to see the room service menu. Otherwise it was a good hotel to stay at staff at resturant and bar very friendly and helpful..

A decent hotel with close proximity to the airport and easy access via the public bus to the beaches, malls and market 28. Rooms are spacious but as basic as it comes, no robes, bedroom slippers or pens. Toiletries are limited to 2 hand soaps and the toilet paper is stiff. While shampoo and body wash are affixed to the bathroom wall, would highly recommend you walk with your own. The main perks of the room being the stocked mini refrigerator that is inclusive with your stay and the amazing fresh air and scenery provided from the balcony depending on the room you book. We booked two beds but were placed in a room with a single bed. The front desk staff seemed annoyed when we asked for the room we booked and were overall not very friendly or helpful tho they did change the room. We were also advised that because we booked through Expedia, certain benefits would not apply to us such a free room service. In this regard, it maybe best to book directly with the hotel. Asking around we quickly found out Expedia guests receive a different experience which is disappointing. The greeters and lobby staff were very pleasant but we could not say the same for the front desk. The food was just okay and the desserts were average. For non alcoholic drinkers like myself, the options were not great and mocktails were watered down. Would say however the variety of fruits and soups were the saving grace. The hotel is clean and staff are pleasant.... Minus the checking in staff.

I couldn’t reserve dinner on the app . I stayed 4 days all opinions was buffet .
