Hotel was amazing with close to beach. Amenities were good. Only downfall was the food options in the all inclusive buffet. Very limited options.

Overall hotel resort is in a great location, and the rooms are well kept and clean. Property green areas and pool are fantastic. Easy access to beach ant beach towels are provided, we will be back.

Property is out dated and bathroom had mold in shower and front desk receptionist is rude and made us wait past check in time to give me my room .

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Costa de Oro hotel in Mazatlán. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had a beautiful view. The staff members were all friendly and always ready to help. The ceviche we ordered at one of the restaurants was delicious. However, we were not very impressed with the breakfast buffet at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food could be improved. Thank you!

El lavabo estaba tapado, no pusieron toallas de baño, ni tóallas de mano, ni toallas de cara. Tuve que hablar dos veces para que las trajeran. El control de la televisión no apagaba fácilmente.
