Very poor food options No food after 10:45 pm yet they advertize on their elevators that you can ask and get anything after hours. Food wise. .. ( not true). Mini bar empty for a 5 star hotel that is strange Chronically understaffed Brekfast is good but only 2 people juat clen the tables. Nobody ask if you would want something and yet. Thwy have a ton of guests. All by themselves. Checking out of the hotel is typical crotian style 4 desks 2 peole working one is for chcckin and one is for checkout. And the. Checkput line has 25 people waiting ok a sunday am Staff at the pool reataurant. 2 people serving everybody Waited for drinks 16 minutes. And then they took our menus. As the staff is under pressure. We ended up getting our full meals comped. I guess they felt guilty. For bad service. ( . Understaffed )

We have been compensated for our disappointing holiday. We paid extra for a room with a sea view and we actually had a view of a building site. The work started at 7am and continued until 7pm so we couldn’t use the balcony or even have our doors open. It was the most disappointing holiday we’ve ever had and it was my husband’s 60th birthday which was supposed to be a memorable treat. The area around the hotel is all building sites with graffiti everywhere and not safe at night. There were no nice walks and the beach area had the drone of building work constantly. We have booked many holidays with Expedia and this has been by far the worst sadly.

Hotel on the beach with nice spa and pool area but hotel is a little dated

Lovely hotel with great sea view and really friendly staff. The gym was a decent size and the breakfast is brilliant.
