The building structure is the best in the city. The room was well styled and felt very comfortable. The only negative things about the room was the carpet has stains and the room temperature couldn’t be adjusted.

Location is perfect for travelers

Service level not matching Sheraton

Wrong price calculation in both checkin and check out, done by two different lady. The young lady on checkin part was defending and justifying all the time, without simply acknowledge the fault...
Hardware wise, room looks fine, but smoking smell too much--breakfast looks pretty simple.
