Hotel is clean and staff service is very good. Good breakfast buffet. No frills and near vicinity to local restaurants. Metro station is about 900 meters away.

The property is very convenient in places you what to visit , restaurant , accessible to transportation and most of all the staffs were all approachable . They always greet with a genuine smiles . The room is always clean .

Xiaozhi's home has good location, and the compound has a large free surface parking lot, which is convenient for living. It is located in the same location as the Crowne Plaza zhengzhou , which was founded in 90 years, and resources are shared. The hotel has a heated swimming pool with natural lighting, you can experience the feeling of blue waves and relaxation during the intense business trip. Wake up in the morning, the neat and orderly restaurant prepares a delicious breakfast for you, especially freshly cooked noodle stalls, which warms the heart and stomach. At night, you can taste authentic barbecue food at Zhongzhou Beer Garden and feel the beautiful atmosphere of the night. We look forward to seeing you again soon and have a great trip! The breakfast buffet was very good! Many options - including traditional Chinese breakfast foods and pastries. I really had hoped that they would have a small area of convenience items to purchase - apart from the vending machines. The WiFi was not strong enough to pull up any websites well.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was a nice experience. Communication in English was a challenge but reception staff were able to communicate in basic English and they did try their best to make my stay comfortable. Hotel staff were warm and friendly, kudos to Mr Gu and Dolly.
Breakfast was a buffet type and both continental and local Chinese foods served. I would recommend it !

The staff was the best, which is my reason for a five star review. I felt very welcomed and attended to. The location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. This hotel will be my first choice when I return to Zhengzhou. If anyone complains about this hotel then they are simply to picky.
