Amazing customer service

The staff went an extra mile every time. Lovely people and the hotel is in a good area.
Good buffet breakfast and lovely facilities 。

The staff was really helpful. Some of them spoke fluent English.it was a very good experience

すぐ横にモールもあり、食事にも便利。
翌朝が早かったため朝食を断ったら、ランチボックスをもたせてくれた。
フロントは笑顔が良く、親切。
ただ、周りが工事中でドライバーさんが、なかなか行き着かず、大変でした。
部屋は、冷蔵庫はなかったものの、綺麗でコンセント類が充実。
時々上の階の排水音がしましたが、夕飯食べて寝るだけだったので、あまり気にならず。
値段を考えると良いホテルでした。
