Staff spoke well English and very friendly. I spent days on researching Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuang, Glass Bridge, Grand Canyon, Huanglong Cave, and Tianmen Mt.
I had total of six days to knock all those out and the staff helped me with my itinerary and gave amazing suggestions on route.
I just wish the room can be warmer during the Winter where temperature was average 40F

Thanks so much for praise, due to the mountain area with the big temperature change, lots of time the AC may not warm as our expected, but we also keep the other tool for heat the room, may be next you come will find it changed. Hope to see you again.

Overall is ok, hotel is old building no lift, feel very tired!

Room was clean and spacious, friendly staff. only thing was there's urine smell so we kept the bathroom vent on where we are in the room

The front desk went above and beyond to help us plan out our trip in the park, using a detailed map. Room was very nice and clean. The only thing lacking was the room was ice cold when we checked in - although the heater was fine.

Posted 14 Aug 2019 on HotelsExcellent accueil et de bons conseils : la réceptionniste nous a même accompagnés au restaurant qu'elle nous conseillait pour le dîner nous voyant un peu perdus ! et ce n'était pas un attrape touristes !
La chambre était spacieuse et très bien équipée, une belle expérience.

Posted 22 Jul 2019 on Hotels武陵源のコースを英語で地図を使って丁寧に教えてもらえてとても助かった。所要時間も教えてもらえたので、見たいところを全て回れた。チケットも手配してもらえたため、チケット売り場に並ばずに済み、混む前に見て回ることができて助かった。

Amazing hotel and staff
Posted 27 Jun 2019 on HotelsThe hotel was such a plesant surprise with helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean, enough with space and charming. The location of the hotel was perfect - close to everything in this village and to the entrance to the park. I highly recommend this hotel.
