We’ve been travelling to many places around the world and I could say that Hotel Phoenix in Zermatt is one the best hotels we’ve stayed in, with the most amazing breakfast included in the price of the room, friendly, welcoming and helpful staff!!! I would give it 7 out of 5 stars if possible!!! Love it❤️❤️❤️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a lovely place to stay during our family ski vacation. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The staff was kind and helpful in every respect. They gave good inside information on snow conditions and skiing options. Also provided list of dining recommendations. Highly recommend staying here!!

Brilliant property and walking distance from Train station. The staff are amazing and friendly. Breakfast is the best I have seen for long time. Couldn’t recommend this hotel higher.

Super Helpful Staff
Posted 29 Oct 2023 on HotelsBest Breakfast in my 2 weeks travel. The lady at the front desk is very super helpful (I am not expecting this). She let us store our luggage at their their storage room even if we already checked out. It eases our hiking that morning for not carrying heavy backpacks. She also showed us the live weather condition up in the mountains.

Property is new and very clean. Staff was friendly but unable to support in a relatively simple situation. An early train departure forced us to leave before breakfast (included in the cost of the booking) and the hotel staff was unable to provide us even with a couple pieces of fruit that was already setup in the dining area. It was a nice stay but for the price of accommodations you’d expect a bit better customer service.

Dear MikeThank you for your comments. If an early departure is planned, guests can order a breakfast box until midday the day before departure. The receptionist working in the afternoon / evening cannot give you food in place of breakfast.Our opening hours have been communicated to you by message before your arrival.We hope on your understanding.Best regards
