Beautiful chalet, but disappointing stay.
Posted 1 Nov 2023 on HotelsDisappointed that the advertised amenities were not available. Catered breakfast, daily housekeeping, evening “wine and canapés” were not provided as advertised. I would not have booked this stay had I known.

We had a good time at this property. I think it was a little confusing that we were actually located in a condo separate from any main hotel building (studio Venus) and there wasn’t too much around us. But it was very walkable and there was enough support from the hotel staff to get what we needed if the room didn’t have it. We had a very nice and comfortable stay.

This was an amazing place to stay! Very clean and within walking distance of everything we wanted to do! Great communication from hosts! Amazing views of the Matterhorn!
Highly recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The view is beautiful and the room was comfortable and very clean. The location was excellent. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all of our friends and family.
