The view of the Matterhorn from our room balcony was magnificent! The only negative of our stay was coffee. There is no option in the room which I assume is for fire safety. When having breakfast in the dining area the coffee is served by the cup. When there are 8-20 guests at one time and one server who is hustling it's not efficient. There is no fault on the server just the system.

The location of this hotel is so great - it is right in the center of town, close walk to the train station and many bars and restaurants, and the Main Street of shopping in town. It is great how breakfast is included, and the hotel is clean and nice with some rooms having a good view of the Matterhorn. I would recommend to anyone coming to Zermatt!

Clean and comfortable, well located
Posted 3 Feb 2024 on HotelsExcellent location, easy walk everywhere. Comfortable and included breakfast was very good. Bed was firm and comfortable. Only one complaint- hot water in shower fluctuates between hot, cold and warm.
I would stay again.
