"Staff at this location of JR hotels are always incredibly friendly and helpful, which has made my return stays to Shin Kiba something I look forward to each year. The location is also incredibly convenient - it is a short ride to Ginza and Marunouchi, and has many connecting train lines at the station that make commuting to other parts of the city very easy.

"Room was clean, staff were nice, and the ice machine was a bonus. The breakfast area was quite small but there were no issues taking food back to the room. Location near the Gatheria was great, and connections from Kiba on the Tozai line were easy enough.
The room was smoking which was disappointing, but it was really only noticeable on room entry. At least the view was interesting enough. It would've been nice to have known earlier (I booked months in advance so it's not unreasonable for...
