I loved being upgraded to a lovely suite, I loved the décor, the size of room, the bath, the comfy bed and the extra walk-in wardrobe with iron.

Fantastic place to stay

The rooms were extremely and beautifully clean and we were offered a much appreciated free upgrade when we decided to stay another night. Great suit everyone breakfast included and a wonderful roof top bar and service to relax with at the end of the day. Within walking
distance to all amenities. Will be back!

Fun Timez at Two Timez
Posted 25 Feb 2019 on HotelsThis was a nice hotel, Very clean, comfortable interior. Staff were extremly helpful. We had an upgrade to the Sister hotel - from Two Timez boutique - which was a little confusing on arrival.

Excellent skiiing hotel

Great Time

Found that the room was not as advertised. The room booked was supposed to have air conditioning - the initial room we were provided did not have it. Upon request we were provided an alternative room, however we had to wait 24 hours to get it. This was also experienced by friends of ours. The other issue we had was that the hotel is in fact two hotels next to each other and we were initially given a room in the Hotel Heitzman. It is not a bad hotel, but not what I booked and had no air conditioner in the room. It was also an older hotel and as such I did not get a room with the contemporary look of the Timez (which was one of the reasons for booking). All in all the Timez is a lovely hotel, however due to the booking confusion I would not stay here again.
