For a holiday weekend I must stay that Taylor was amazing, she was the only employee handling the front deck and the breakfast area.

Hotel was clean and staff was good. I normally have two toddlers with me when traveling and will not stay with Avid again. Taking one step on the floor in the room sounds like an elephant is walking on the floor. Normally my 2 kids like to play and move around a little in the room. I basically had to confine them to the beds due to the insane volume that taking just a few steps would cause. If I was without kids I’d have no issue staying here again.

Clean hotel. Rooms, hallways, pool area, and coffee area, all clean and up-kept. Located in a quiet area, with a couple of eating options and a convenience store in close proximity. Chaz the front office (and the only staff in the hotel) was nice and helpful, but I had a bad experience, I requested that my room be cleaned and linens replaced, asked 2 house keeping persons in the hallway, and called and reminded the frontdesk in person when I was leaving for the day, but it wasn't touched when I returned after a long tiring day. Chaz apologized but was all by himself at the hotel and couldn't do much at that time, offered us to be moved to a different room, which I did but it was 2 levels up, and moving everything that was unpacked for a 2-night stay was much undesirable and unpleasant experience.
