Difficult access now, because of city development and construction, very scary street, a very unsafe feeling is unavoidable in any direction.

The hotel is very well located and provides all facilities to a high standard. Having a problem with my car, the Reception Team was most accommodating and extremely helpful, and couldn’t do enough to assist me. I cannot say the same for the Mercedes Dealer in Seragova - give it a wide berth!
In summary, an excellent hotel to which I would return without question!

Can't beat the location. Steps from the basillica, key museums and dining options. Was comfortably able to walk to the Aljaferia palace. Breakfast buffet had good variety.

Our first impression wasn't the best. The lobby of the hotel is drab and outdated. The front desk people weren't particularly friendly. There are tacky cases of inexpensive souvenirs for sale. But, the room itself was large, clean, quiet and has been renovated. The bathroom had an actual shower, which we really appreciated. The breakfast selection and quality were good and the lady in charge of the breakfast room was friendly, efficient and constantly cleaning up and refilling serving dishes.

Excellent hotel, well-situated at the edge of the historic district, a fine view of the basilica towers from my room.
