Great location within walking distance to old town. Many options for dining. Within 2 blocks from the market. Staff could have been better. Not amicable at all. Parking extremely tight but on premises of the hotel with access through the back.

If arriving by car, it's virtually impossible to check-in before parking in the parking lot, which is on the back side of the hotel and not the easiest to find. If driving, call ahead to get parking lot instructions (have your plate number handy when you push the reception call button).
The positives. The hotel is in a great area to be able to walk to many historical sites, dining, and shopping. The hotel restaurant has a couple very good tapas plates (humus, french fries, Iberian ham.

It was very challenging to find the hotel and the parking. It was also very frustrating that if you opened the balcony door to go out it shut off the A/C until you came back into the room and turned it back on again. Every other hotel we have stayed in, yes the A/C turns off when you open the balcony door but would turn back on once we shut it from the balcony.
