Posted 7 Sep 2023 on HotelsI booked a room for Tuesday night to break up a 1700km drive. My car broke down and I tried contacting the hotel to ask if they could change my booking to the following night as my car was being repaired.
The phones did not work/no one answered me or Hotels.com when they tried on my behalf.
Hotels.com sent them an urgent request which was ignored. I ended up having to sleep in the boot of my car.
The courtesy of a reply I would have thought the minimum. I will never use this hotel group again

Property is alright, area is a bad neighborhood. Parking is very expensive we got charged almost half a night's stay just to park our car.

A great experience
