The staff and grounds of this hotel are absolutely amazing! The buffet is perfect! Every dish is delicious! The main pool is clean and deep with a shallow lounging area. We didn’t visit the other 2 pools… why leave perfection! I wish we could have stayed longer. Two daisy was not enough!

Lovely resort but not perfect
Posted 1 Jan 2024 on HotelsGreat facilities. Rooms, pools, etc, etc top notch and a beautiful place.
Food looked good, but really rather bad. Not sure I’ve ever seen somebody mess up grilled crabs or lobster to the point they were inedible. Would not recommend all inclusive and all meals here. Indifferent service relative to anywhere else we went I. Kenya and Tanzania. Resort largely caters to European tour operators and little in it I guess for staff or management to provide anything but bare minimum service.

Uncomfortable bed but other than that a nice hotel if you like big resorts. They’d did some renovations during our stay and I believe the new rooms looks nice!
All the staff is super friendly!

Beautifull in so many ways.
Posted 21 Nov 2023 on HotelsWe booked a swim up room 117 and it was wonderfull. All the swimming pools are extreamly clean and more than big enough for all the guests. We booked only breakfast which was good with enough options. Staff are very friendly and all the service done with a smile. We hope to visit you again. Asante
