Lovely staff but everything takes time- pole pole.
Downside is that they do not take care of the beach in front of the property. Stairs to the beach are broken apparently for many months.
Otherwise nice stay, resort grounds are being clean every day.

Our first time at Zanzibar and this hotel was amazing. Perfect for couple!
