I liked how they handled me after there was a delay in me getting my room, the front desk staff are super friendly

The only issue we had was getting picked up from the airport however it not working smoothly for myself and husband the pick up of my daughter went absolutely smoothly. All othe transport was great!

The staff was excellent. A few participated in singing happy birthday to me with cake and confetti…very nice and memorable moment.
