Casa Rido is not existing, there is no casa Rido, we pay for nothing, even the people in the place says there is no Casa Rido. You are promoting a ghost hotel, nobody knows where it is. Can you return our money please?

Please accept my apologies if this occurs to you. Despite numerous trials, we encounter transients whose contact information on Expedia does not work. They don't even notify us of the time and date of our arrival. We also have rules for requesting a refund, which I hope you read. We have been in operation for many years, not only through this portal but also through other portals. If we don't exist, you could read their comment. It's just a communication issue that we're both dealing with here, and we're doing our best to reach out to you. Please double-check your phone and the number you used to register with Expedia. Thank you very much, and we hope to serve you again soon and make up for what we missed.

The place is homey though most of the facilities needs to be improved and maintained regularly. Staffwise they are very courteous ans accommodating but needs to improve on providing basic amenities (e.g. Toiletries, towels, erx)

It is advisable for our clients to book at least one day before. We are a Mabuhay accommodation and we don't display signage it is because we don't allow a walk-in client or anyone to disturb the customer inside. Due to this reason, we want our clients to message us before they will arrive in order so that we can pick them up for free. We strictly practice SAFE and Clean Mabuhay accommodation services. With regards to your payment, I am not sure if I was paid by Expedia I will try to check it at the bank. So sorry sir for the inconvenience.
