Wow what a memorable experience! The staff is SO nice, the room felt so homey, great restaurant on premise. We really enjoyed it all, would highly recommend!

We arrived at the hotel as a couple and a teenage boy so a large room was booked that looked beautiful and luxurious in the photos.
We were surprised to find that the room was different. A simple and unpretentious Spartan. We asked for an extra towel The owner of the hotel stood in the doorway of our room and asked why do you need an extra towel? An intrusive and cheeky question. We then asked for another blanket with a cover and we got an answer that this is what a hotel hand has.
The blanket felt spiky and we couldn't sleep with it. A terrible bed is not as comfortable and pleasant as sleeping on a board. We could not sleep almost all night our room was close to wooden stairs and everyone who fell and went down heard the knocks in the morning and at night it sounded like a hammer pounding in the head. The product in the room is stingy 2 sugar 2 coffee for 3 people in short it was the most nightmare night we had on the trip. Horror
The price is too high for the reality.

Thank you for your candid feedback. I am very sorry that your stay at our hotel was not up to par. However we would like to inform you that in the hotels.com( the platform you used to booked our hotel), the first photo that represents our hotel is our Superior Suite (the most luxurious room of the hotel) along with other 71 photos of our establishment . So you thought that you booked that room based on the First photo. Your reservation was for a Executive Triple room, thus the misunderstanding. Of course, we gave you the extra towels and the extra blanket that you asked for, plus in order to please you and relax you after all that misunderstanding, we offered you a bottle of local wine.
Furthermore so far we didn't have any reports on terrible bed as you have noted, because we have renovated everything in our hotel 2 years ago.
Despite this ,we hope to be able to welcome you back on a return visit to Zaagoria for more than 1 night in order to offer you the possibility to have an overall feeling of our hospitality.
We hope that you will enjoy the rest of your vacation
