Disgrace. Hotel manager charged the money and did not provide a room. We have reserved a room in Expedia site a day before arrival. Expedia approval accepet immediately. when arriving to the hotel at June 19 th afternoon, we realaized according to a message that was sent to us few hours before, that roon is not available and the hotel asks us to stay at another hotel they booked. We drove two the other hotel but a room was not reserved for us. Because it was late, we drove to another village and booked another hotel. We have imidiatly send a message to the hotel manager that we found a diferente hotel and we are asking for full refaund for the prepaid hotel room that was not not provided Yiannis, the hotel manager refused to refaund us and money was collect by Expedia. This is a scandal and we are demanding our money back.

We are a reputable, highly rated boutique guest house that for 10 years shows full respect for its customers. We have repeatedly extended vouchers for months and even years to customers that could't come for their own reasons. I am really embarrased that I have to state that what you claim is a downright lie and it is defamatory for our guest house. You were informed by e mails, Expedia Platform messages and What's Up messages of the name and website of the transfer accommodation (same quality, same village). I spoke to you personally on the phone and spelled for you the name of the transfer accommodation when you reached our guest house. You went to a different hotel (I obviouly have the hotel name and have talked to its owner) , you did not even show them the confirmation e mail you had from me or Expedia and then you left the village without notifying us and asked for a refund. I immediately answered you that your tranfer accommodation was valid and open and then you informed me that you had booked a room in another village. I also explained to you that we will pay for the alternative accommodation because it was peak period so we can't refund. I obviously have written proof for all above. Yiannis

Lovely guest house in a small town

Family guest house with lovely owners who just want to make you satisfy. The rooms are antique and lovely, many chairs and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is just great with homemade pies and sweets! The town is really small but close to the guest hotel there are a few small restaurants.

מלון בוטיק בן 8 חדרים המתפרש על פני שטח גדול. חדרים מרווחים המעוצבים כל אחד באופן שונה עם חפצים עתיקים וחדשים השומרים על עיצוב ייחודי. החדרים נקיים ומסודרים כל יום מחדש. מרפסת גדולה ברחבה בה אפשר לשבת עם כוס קפה או תה וספר או חברים. שירות מצויין של בעלת המקום יולה והצוות המקסים אנה ואדוניס. מסייעים בכל שאלה ומייעצים לאן ללכת ואיפה לאכול. ארוחת בוקר איטית טריה וטעימה ביותר
