Upon check in we met Elena who welcomed us with a great humor. I will never forget her. She made me laugh so much and recall our time when we were in Old Yugoslavia. As we spoke the language, she upgraded our room and gave us the best room she had. The place, the furniture and amenities were newly decorated and beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and restaurant was amazing. Everything what we ate was delicious. The hotel was walking distance to many must see places.

Th reception area is very small and not elegant. It takes away from the first impression of the hotel

Nice hotel right near the old town and the sea organ. We had a large room in the hotel building across the street from the building where the lobby is. We appreciated the elevator- not all that common in the old buildings.
The staff was very friendly.

The hotel is in the old town. It is easy to access to various travel attraction. Many restaurants are in walking distance. Breakfast is good and my room has a balcony 😍

We paid for breakfast for two with our VIP suite for each morning. However, breakfast was actually provided in the ‘sister’ hotel 1/2 mile away, and in opposite direction of all the sights. Advertisement for breakfast is misleading.
I’m trying to get reimbursed from Expedia as I wrote to them- I doubt I will hear anything. Hotel couldn’t do anything to help except to apologize and to say everyone complains.
