Room not clean and the toilet not working toothpaste in the sink

It was convenient for what we needed. We stayed in room 318. The exhaust fan does not work in the bathroom, the carpet feels like its always wet. The walls look like they tried to repaint after they repaired some water damage but the person put in charge of painting didnt know what they were doing and used the wrong paint on the wrong walls, and house keeping thought itd be a good idea to try to cover it up with a high back chair. The floor in the main room is uneven and causes the night stand drawer to constantly roll open. The TV never worked, luckily we were hardly there or this might have caused a much larger issue.

The staff was not very attentive. We arrived 15 mins early would not allow us to check in. We stood until 3pm as they sat at desk talking. We were allowed to check in at exactly 3 pm. Not friendly at all. Elevator stopped working had to carry luggage down stairs while checking out. Not a good experience.

Dirty room. Room had spiders on the curtains. Shower didn’t appear clean, refrigerator was dirty, microwave showed 9 seconds left from previous guest(s), tv showed “no signal”, ceiling had what appeared to be hand prints, elevator didn’t work, and overheard lady working the front desk say they found a crack pipe in one of the rooms. The lighting in the room was horrible and dimmer than lights at the funeral home. Would not recommend staying here at all. I also have pictures of the baby spiders on the curtains. 0/10 stars.
