Don’t even give bottled drinking water which is standard for 4-star hotels. Expect guests to fill up at water point near vending machines which is inconvenient. "

"this has the worst breakfast i have had in a long time, no fruit, was frozen foods heated, plain yogurth and nothing to add to it, it was clean and in a good location, room was to small. we were a family of 4, everything in the bedroom was for 3 people, should not advertise a room that can fit four peaople and allow a reservation when you only put 3 single beds,we had the worst rest, no closet space at all, so i would not stay here again or recomend it, the other hotels that we stay in Japan in a similar price range with breakfast included where way better!"
