The toilet didnt work which required maintenance services. The bed is lumpy and uncomfortable. There was an odor throughout the long hallway leading to our room

I loved the breakfast, the outside courtyard that our room has a door directly to. The restaurant was pretty good as well. It was extremely close to a walmart Supercenter, as well as surrounding stores and conveniences near Walmart. I DID NOT LIKE, one particular employee from the front desk. He worked at night, and his name was Danté. He didn’t ever seem to be in the mood to help us out if we had questions. We asked him for the WiFi password and he said something about it being my number and last name, but then followed those statements up with a dismissive “I don’t Know, really”. He wasn’t blatantly rude or snarky. However , here’s the hook, was that we had extended our stay, and the app we used to book, said they were sold out of king rooms. We went and asked Dante if he could possibly let us stay in the king we already were in. “Unfortunately I’m sold out of king rooms, so if you want to stay you’d have to make another booking and move into a different room”, he says to me. Nothing bad right? Here’s the kicker, after being up well into the early hours of morning with no sleep, there was a shift change. Different person. So I walk my way up to this other guy. His name was like mine. If I’m not mistaken. I have terrible name recall, sorry. However I went up to him and asked, “hey I know that you’re sold out of kings and I’m sure Can we stay in the room we are in already?” First he says, “we aren’t sold out”, followed by, I abso

This is a nice sized hotel well located near eating and shopping (walking distance). Our room was nice and clean but had water damage on the wall in the bathroom. Wallpaper was bubbling off the wall. Restaurant food was very good. Indoor pool area was nice and courtyard area was relaxing. Front desk staff were professional and courteous, especially Sara who made you feel like you were the only guest in the hotel.

My Husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. Bed/pillows were comfy, lots of space for your clothes and shoes, liked that we had a fridge and microwave in room. Room was clean, Air conditioner was noisey, Hallway was real noisey, Cleaning staff yelling down the hallway to one another at 8:30 am. Free breakfast was OK. Same every day. fake eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. I did like the shower pressure and parking was ample. The restaurant/bar was OK. Bar teneder doesn't know how to make a margarita. we did have the Meatloaf and that was good. The location is nice- Pool was ok. there was a kids birthday party when we were trying to go to the pool. so we only stayed 10 minutes. Would stay again. but go out for breakfast.
