Spent a couple of nights at the Parsonage. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Rooms a bit dated and in my room the Tv wire was hanging out from the bottom of it down the wall. However nice gym with Spa facilities and just a few miles away from the designer shopping centre which pleased my wife :)

Not a 4 star. No fridge or safe in room. Cobwebs. Decor needs updating.

What a fantastic place feel so relaxed after some time out from busy lives
Absoultely stunning surrounds just what ya need for a cheeky couple of days
8 minutes from designer outlet on one road which is perfect also bus into York center literally on the front of hotel if like me and sometimes enjoy not driving this was a great thing
Rooms are a little outdated but doesn’t effect your stay nice gastro pub next door food was loverly so always a plus will be returning

Been here before and it never disappoints. Great facilities, excellent staff and the food in The Fat Abbot is brilliant.
