Cute little B&B located just a few mins from the train station and about 15 min walk into the city centre. The room we were in was at the very top. Note, lots of stairs and to get to room 12 is a small awkward staircase but all good for us. Room was simple, though lacking headroom in places, had everything needed including AC, washer, sink, cooktop and fridge. Would stay again!

I would recommend this guest house as it’s close to the city centre in walking distance of all the museums and historic sites excellent parking on site.

Apple house in very good location close to all shops and historic places the service was really good amazing English breakfast and Daniel very nice and kind lady if I go back to York definitely I choose apple house again

The Apple House was quiet, clean and an easy walk from the centre of York. Breakfast was amazing and both the bed and the room extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is also very child friendly.
