When we arrived the room we got wasn’t cleaned yet and we had our room switched to a room that was half cleaned (beds done but bathroom floor was sticky and there was food on the carpet) Mark at the front desk was extremely helpful and had it cleaned nicely when we went to lunch. There’s a Primanti Bros across the parking lot is super nice and convenient. Pool was nice and clean but the room was 1000 degrees so we abandoned it pretty quickly. Breakfast buffet was legit and nice some of the guests were a little sketchy.

Restaurant shares same parking lot so super convenient and grocery store within walking distance.

I always choose Hampton first, and this is, by far, the nicest one I’ve ever stayed at. From the reception clerk to the welcoming atmosphere. Then I walked into the most immaculate motel room ever. Breakfast is in a bright sunny area and kept clean and stocked. I will go out of my way to stay here again.

I liked that I was close to my mom at the residence at Fitz Farm.I liked that I was close to my mom at the residence at Fitz Farm. I flew in from South Carolina . my room was noisy, toilet nearly overflowed, clogged Sink was clogged. Look like mold, stains above bed areas due to some type of water. Gentlemen on the desk was great helpful courteous helped me put my bag in my trunk as I have back problems. I was in 129 across from the pool and beside the gym, but there were people running up and down the halls above me and I received zero sleep Thursday to Saturday night😵💫

Convenient and Nicely maintained property. Friendly greeting and discussion at front desk with Michelle. Rooms are spacious and mostly clean. Price point in check for the current times. Didn’t have breakfast so cannot comment on that.
Negatives are fridge did not work (smelled moldy) and toilet was disgustingly dirty. It was obvious that the housekeeper for this room does not like cleaning toilets. I regret not going to the front desk about this.
We carry a flashlight that has a black light option that we use to check for bed bugs as well as sheet and bathroom appliances cleanliness.

This by far is the best place I've stayed in when I travel to York/Windsor Pennsylvania? Spacious rooms and very clean! The only issue that I had was the water pressure for the hot water wasn't good in the sink and the bathtub kept filling up with water while we were getting our showers!
