We always love the pool and the atmosphere. Very friendly and accommodating staff. However, the pool hours should be extended. 6pm is too early for a pool to close especially because the bowling alley isn’t operational and there aren’t many entertainment options in the area. We love both restaurants! Always so delicious and staff is always extremely friendly. We always choose Leo Palace as our island getaway. :)

Staff are not very welcoming, poor experience for me and my family for dinner service, alot of amenties closed, front desk said we had to come back in order to check out cause it was at a later time. Just overall poor service for such a nice hotel.

We do offer shuttles between our Resort and Downtown at certain times of the day. We booked an executive suite for the weekend, and the room was as beautiful as the online pictures. The only drawback is that not all their facilities and amenities are open and available to use. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again.
