Conveniently located near Shin-Yokohama station. The front desk staff were very welcoming, easy check in and check out service. Although the hotel style may be slightly outdated, the rooms are very spacious and clean which was nice. They have self serve amenities including oil cleanser packets which I was pleasantly surprised. My only complaint is that there are no power outlets near the bed.

Very convenient and close to Shin-Yokohama station. The room was clean and quite spacious for a single room.

Great value in an excellent location easy access to the cruise port, and airport with full amenities. Beds were a little hard for our liking but everything worked well, was clean with great service.

It's too hot in the room because the hotel turns on the 'central' heating system. I already turned off the thermostat (as instructed) but still hot. Opening the windows would work but not during the night time because of the dropping temperature. If I don't open the windows, I don't have enough air in my room to breathe. Conclusion: Not happy!
