When I walked in the room was absolutely freezing. Tried to turn the AC on. It wouldn’t work then I got help from front desk finally got the heat going but the flat washer pointing towards the room. It was just a mess in one word I wouldn’t stay there. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

This was my first time staying in Tokyo. Front desk worker Rina was very kind and accommodating. For foreigners staying here, be sure to use the grey remote for air conditioning and heating. I did not know what it was for, but I quickly found out as it was very cold! Also, the wifi password was not correct, it was a simple English typo. Otherwise, it was a great hotel!
