Good solo experience
Posted 18 Aug 2019 on HotelsCheck in was ok, but only can check in from 5pm, as indicated by hotel. Staff is friendly. Can speak english which is good.
They have onsen bath where you need to queue for it. It is from 5am to 2am.
They have free cup noodles service but only for a short period which ends 11pm or 11.30pm. Did not manage to use this service cause check in after that.
Cabin bed was ok. There is a tv in the cabin. You cannot lock the cabin bed though, but they have a locker where you can keep your valuables. They provide a pajamas, slippers, small face towel, big bath towel in the locker.
Toothbrush and hair brush are provided at the onsen shower and sleeping areas.
Overall, it is a good experience to stay. Very suitable for backpackers.

Cleanliness and an outstanding customer service. My only concern was that 10:00AM to 3:00PM cabin maintenance is too long. Some of us wants a long sleep or relax after a long night .

All you really need for a good nights rest
Posted 16 Sep 2018 on HotelsThis hotel is great value for money. Clean and comfortable with an abundance of modern conveniences. The capsule rooms are very well designed. I would recommend paying a little more for the premium capsule which includes more privacy and a desk.
