For the amount you pay, you get so much value from this hotel. There’s no bells and whistles, and it’s not a fancy, glitzy hotel, but it’s very clean, comfortable, and the staff are wonderful. Great value and overall wonderful experience.

Good location, easy access to train station.

Carpet outside the room had some type of brown food(?) that was there for the full stay as was some ramen spill on the carpet below the microwave on 5th floor. Dont they vacuum? Room is old and small.

It was conveniently located near Shin Yokohama Station and a large shopping area for souvenirs and dining.

Most of experience okay. But I found hair in the bus tab. It is reason that decrease rate of this hotel.
