Room was adequate size, comfortable and quiet though WiFi connection was spotty. Staff were pleasant and breakfast buffet was really good.

The hotel is amazing.
The staff all amazing.
The kitchen and restaurant staff Vivi ,Dylla,Mayang Sigit and all the other kitchen staff were amazing.
We hope to stay again soon

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The bed and linen is very soft and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean.

everything was way better than i was expecting, from the frontdesk to the housekeeping & the dining, service were exceptional.

Quality and range of breakfast was below average. Waffles not cooked through properly. Chicken too dry. Other than this we enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Prime location, service was excellent- staff was extremely helpful and understanding and goes above and beyond. Breakfast was really good as well and check in/out hotel was seamless. Privacy was respected. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Hotel was clean and beautiful. Staff was friendly. Our room was corner room, it was next to busy street, it was very noisy. Could not sleep well because of traffic noise. We also found a baby cockroach in our closet, which really put me off. Breakfast was very good.
