More of bad experiences than good

Room cleaniless: - dusty coffee maker and cups - poor wifi connectivity - tv remote didnt work - dirty towel with brown stains Service: - staffs were friendly and helpful - booked for in room masssge. Staff at the counter quoted 100000rupiah for 1hr massage. However was charged 200000rupiah, even though the receipt stated 150000rupiah. -price which i paid for should include breakfast, but was denied of breakfast there. And was told to pay a separate fee for the breakfast - ordered a room service for 4am bento breakfast and requested for airport shutle at 430am. However breakfast was not sent. Went down to the reception and everywhere was dark. Not a single soul was around. Felt it was like a hauted hotel. I had to raise my voice to look for staff as there wasnt even a bell for me to press. The staff eventually came out from a room. He was sleeping and overlooked on my requests. But he quickly called for his driver to send me to the airport. Luckily i didnt miss my flight back home

Good Hotel

A small group of visiting church workers from America. A brief two nights. The hotel is undergoing massive upgrade so access was down a dark alley. Staff was great, but the complimentary breakfast was Spartan, perhaps because so few guests. It will likely be an excellent hotel when the renovation is complete.

The hotel was closed for renovation. Hotels.com should have checked for the availability of the hotel. I expect a full reimbursement from hotels.com

Hotel was not clean, smelled of cigarettes, location was bad. Do not stay here unless your desperate.

The new building was underconstruction, this building is aged. Even if the room was clean, but it looks not due to old. Taking shower wasn't easy to do, and the room was scary.

Hôtel au mileu de chantiers

Pros: Le petit déjeuner
Cons: Tout est à améliorer: le bâtiment à rénover entièrement, les moquettes, le mobilier les commodités...et le service hôtelier
Location: Le quartier est sinistre le soir. Il convient de visiter le Temple de Borobodur
Le taxi nous introduit par une route défoncée (à cause probablement u va et vient de camions et engins de chantier) à un établissement vieillot contigu a un énorme chantier de construction du futur hôtel ou extension de l'actuel. Quartier hors de pratiquement toute activité du soir (sauf alimentation). Etablissement hors du temps où l'entretien et l'investissement semblent en attente du nouveau bâtiment. Personnel affable mais peu anglophone, service peu ou pas professionnel, moquettes râpées (couloirs et chambre), mobilier vétuste et fatigué, supports de tuyauteries et chasses d'eau défectueux. Les travaux se poursuivant la nuit sont très bruyants Très décevant et même contrariant. seul point positif: le petit déjeuner varié et copieux avec un personnel agréable.
