The design of the hotel is superb for kids who can drive as much as they like. The staff is helpful and nice. The food is scrumptious. We enjoyed a lot!

Everything under one roof. Very kid friendly. Perfect for families with young kids.

Property is linked to a mall with huge supermarket. Plenty of activities for children. Only feedback was bed is too soft. Sleep was uncomfortable

Amazing Relaxing Trip
Posted 6 Oct 2021 on HotelsAmazing !!! At first when we arrived by car, we thought this place looks a bit down. Their hotel entrance is very low key, and does not feel grand. you can opt to drop off your luggage and they will deliver to your room.
The hotel is next to a shopping mall (literally stuck to it), and parking is plenty (shopping mall). Hotel reception is at 6FL. Once you get to the reception hall - it feels like a proper 5 star hotel.
The room and service are just as you expect from a 5 star hotel. We had room with balcony.
Must try the Red-lantern restaurant where they serve Yilan's best Roast Duck.
Oh, there is also a cinema at the mall. There is a direct access from the hotel - feels like royalty.
Last but not least, you can watch all the movies you wanted - for FREE. Just book the tickets with concierge.
